If you already have an architect, contractors or joiners on board, we work seamlessly alongside them - ensuring the interiors and architecture speak the same language and every space flows naturally into the next. If not, we can recommend trusted practices we know and respect.
Every room considered in relation to the whole, every detail resolved. Priced individually to reflect the scope of your project, with your full design fee agreed before any work begins.

With the concept agreed, we develop the full scheme within your budget and brief. We keep you involved and informed throughout, with regular catch-ups at every step. The stage concludes with a full presentation - every item detailed, every cost laid out clearly.

We translate the design into detailed contractor packages - precise drawings and specifications covering every tile trim, joinery detail, paint colour, and threshold. Working closely with our trusted network of contractors and makers, every package is meticulously detailed and contractor-approved.
Stage Four

We stay closely involved throughout the build, keeping all contractors aligned and every detail on track. When the unexpected arises - and it always does - we respond quickly to protect the design and your budget. The project concludes with a thorough handover of your finished home.
